Welcome to MyStylez. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MyStylez mobile application ("App"), operated by Danielle Jno-Rose ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.
1.1 By downloading, accessing, or using MyStylez, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, access, or use the App.
1.2 We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document and may notify you through the App or by other reasonable means.
1.3 Your continued use of MyStylez after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App.
2.1 You must be at least thirteen (13) years of age, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use MyStylez.
2.2 If you are under eighteen (18) years of age, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the App. Your parent or guardian agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.
2.3 By using MyStylez, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to request verification of age or parental consent at any time.
3.1 You may need to create an account to access certain features of MyStylez. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party.
3.3 You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized such activity.
3.4 You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
4.1 Subject to your compliance with these Terms, MyStylez grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a compatible mobile device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
